- The phrase "allez l'OM" is one you're sure to hear in Marseille. Let yourself be seduced by a football match at the mythical Stade Velodrome, with its 67,000 souls singing the triumphs of the Olympique together.

- Or head off to discover Marseille's calanques, an idyllic landscape where you can swim and admire the beauty of nature.

What to do around Marseille?

- Discover Aix-en-Provence and its lavender fields, or admire the landscapes of the Côte Bleue, between Carry-le-Rouet, Sausset-les-Pins and Carro. The diversity of landscapes and atmospheres will delight you.

- Visit La Ciotat, a charming seaside resort bordering the Mediterranean. La Ciotat attracts visitors for its range of outdoor activities: hiking, swimming, sunbathing, diving, canoeing... but also for its cultural attractions: Palais Lumière, architectural heritage, chapel...

- Explore the region's typical villages such as Ansouis, Lourmarin and Les Baux de Provence, just an hour's drive from Marseille.
