Since April 2008, Limoges international airport is ISO 9001 certified on the following services : « to accompany passengers during their time in the terminal ».
The Airport staff is committed to satisfying passengers throughout the different stages of their journey

The quality of the service provided is controlled by
- Indicators : on time flights, luggage delivery time
- Customers’ satisfaction surveys are regularly conducted amongst passengers
- Dealing with operating system errors : implementation of corrective and preventive action
- Responsiveness to customer’demands : suggestions are taken into account with a view to continuously improving quality.
