The Welcome en Limousin Association: The gateway for information on the Limousin region


Created in December 2002, Welcome en Limousin is a non profit organisation. Its purpose is to promote local tourism and economy to foreign customers who use Limoges International Airport and provide passengers with Limousin information.

The organisation offers a wide range of services:

• a personalised welcome at Limoges International Airport.
• an introductory guide to the Limousin Region : the Directory and the Map
• a network of professionals committed to welcoming you in English : hotel-keepers, restaurant owners and estate agents, tourist sites, tourist offices. They sign the "Welcome in English" charter
• an ambassador’s club.

The founder members of the Welcome en Limousin Association:

• The Limousin Regional Tourist Committee
• The Departmental Tourist Office Committee of Haute-Vienne and the Departmental Association of Tourist Information Offices in Haute-Vienne
• The Limoges Tourist Office
• The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Limoges and Haute-Vienne
