Reduced mobility passengers

Upon arrival at the airport, adapted equipment have been specifically made for accommodating reduced mobility passengers:

 

Dedicated parking spaces:  car park P1 offers 6 dedicated spaces situated in front of  the terminal, near the car rental building.

Dedicated drop-off zone
: located to the left of the terminal, at the bottom of the taxi rank.

Meeting-point:
located in the middle of the terminal hall, it is indicated by appropriate signage (see attached document below)

Elevator to access the boarding lounge:
is located just after security control.

Elevator to access the restaurant
: use the corridor on the right when entering the terminal.

Dedicated seats in departure lounges:
are designated by appropriate signage.

If admission on board for passengers with reduced mobility or sensory motor is basically subject to any special condition of acceptance, however,
it is necessary to inform the airline in advance (at least 48 hours in advance) so that the passenger can be sure to enjoy the services requested.

Passengers will sometimes be asked to complete a specific form of medical information (INCAD document), available at all airports or travel agencies, and which must be joint to the reservation request.

 
For safety reasons, passengers suffering from a severe mental disability cannot fly unaccompanied on long-haul flights. For shorter trips, they will be allowed to travel only on certain airlines, subject to medical consent.
