It is organized under the National Committee for Quality in Airport (CNQA) by the Union of French Airports (UAF).
The program introduced works made by airports and their partners (repository service commitments extended to partners), but also European problems (airports of Rome and Milan, International Passenger Survey), customers' vision in other sectors ( Disneyland Resort Paris) ... to find, if not solutions, at least some tracks to a closer approach of customer satisfaction.
