On behalf of the DGAC-France it is hereby certified that :

has satisfied the requirements prescribed in the technical regulations (CEE) 3922/91 (in particular its annex III) and (EU) 2042/2003 (in particular its annex I) in order to conduct Commercial Air Transport operations subject to the attached Operations Specifications.

The present certificate does not permit, by itself, a public air transport activity, which may be bound to the delivrery of an operating licence, according to the applicate regulation.

This certificate is not transferable and unless sooner suspended or revoked, shall continue in effect until :

january 31, 2009
